you can't download a profile picture with your phone, you would have to use the computer but you could also download the app "puffin free web browser" then you go on the app and go on the website thesirenscove.com and then you log in and then go to edit profile. and then upload a profile picture!
If you mean changing your profile picture, then click "Edit Profile" under your empty gray pic and you can upload any pic there.
