 Yet I haven't really practiced in a long while to see how far I can go! Did you know there's a man who can hold his for up to 20 minutes, even in frigid waters?? He says it's all about keeping your mind at peace so he can subject himself to whatever he wants  Just some facts!

hello! You ask how i found out i was a siren? well i guess in my subconscious I've always known, it just took a lot of time and work to bring it to the surface, and with that time came a LOT of research
