it was the one that says you can dowhatever youfeel is feel is right to preform the spell. it doesn't have many instructions. just a few and than a realitvly short spell.sorry...im a terrible speller. believe girl! and look into phsical shifting. the spells arereally more f a guide. phsical shiftingmay help it work faster
